Terms of Use and Service Terms

These terms apply when you use gracepathventures.com and when GracePath Ventures ("GracePath", "we", "us") provides services to you ("Client"). GracePath Ventures is owned and operated by Elvis Linjouam Akumbom, doing business as GracePath Ventures, Chandler, Arizona, USA.

1. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and products and to contact us. Information on the website is general and may change without notice. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or unlawful information.

2. Services and scope

Fixed-price services include only the items listed in the service description. Custom and technical projects are scoped individually; the scope, price and timeline are confirmed with you in writing (email is sufficient) before work begins. Work outside the confirmed scope may require an additional quote. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or an obligation for either party.

3. Client information and project files

You agree to provide accurate information and the files, content and access reasonably needed to complete your project. Timelines depend on receiving these materials and timely feedback.

4. Client responsibility for submitted content

You are responsible for the content you provide, including text, images, logos, data and claims about your business. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all assets you supply and that your content does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

5. Permission to use supplied assets

You grant GracePath permission to use, copy and modify the assets you supply solely to perform your project. We will not use your confidential information or unpublished materials for any other purpose without your consent. We will ask permission before showing completed work in our portfolio.

6. Payment

Services are paid as stated in your written quote or service description, through a secure payment link or invoice from our payment providers. Custom projects may require a deposit. Work begins after the agreed payment or deposit is received. Prices are in US dollars.

7. Delivery and timelines

Deliverables are provided digitally, typically by secure link or email, unless agreed otherwise. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Final files are delivered after the project is approved and any balance is paid.

8. Revisions and approval

Each service includes the revisions stated in its description or quote. A revision is a change within the original scope; new concepts, new requirements or additional rounds may be quoted separately. Work is considered approved when you approve it in writing (email is sufficient). Changes after approval may be quoted as a new request.

9. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel an eligible Starter service project before work begins, we refund your payment in full. For other services, cancellations and refunds follow the scope and terms agreed in your written quote. Because services involve custom work and time, payments for work already started or delivered are generally not refundable. Refunds for digital products are covered separately by our Shop Policies. If we are unable to deliver the confirmed scope, we will work with you on a fair resolution. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

10. Digital products

Digital products sold through our shop are governed by the Product License Terms and Shop Policies shown at checkout and on our website.

11. Communication and support

We communicate primarily by email and by the contact method you choose (phone call or text message). Please send requests to hello@gracepathventures.com so they can be tracked. Support after delivery is limited to questions about the delivered work unless otherwise agreed.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GracePath's total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting or software outside our control.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you submit or pay for a project applies to that project.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
