Product License Terms

Effective: October 19, 2026. These terms apply to every GracePath Ventures digital product, whether you buy it on Payhip or Etsy. The same Standard License is printed in each product’s Start Here guide. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Standard License (included with every purchase)

1. What you may do

• Use, edit, print and fill in the files for your own business, your own clients or your own household, as many times as you like.
• Use one purchase for all business locations you own.
• Customize the files for that use, for example add your business name or logo, edit text, or add or remove fields.
• Keep completed copies, and share a completed copy with the people it is about or made for (for example, a filled-in plan with your family or a price menu shown to your customers).

2. What you may not do

• Resell, share, give away or upload the files, edited or unedited, for others to download.
• Include the files, or templates made from them, in any product, template pack, course or service that is sold or distributed to others.
• Claim the files or their design as your own work, or remove GracePath copyright notices from the original files.
• Use the files to train, fine-tune or build datasets for AI or machine-learning models.

3. Ownership

GracePath Ventures keeps all ownership, copyright and other rights in the products. The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it does not expire as long as you follow these terms.

4. Not professional advice

Products are organizational templates. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax or insurance advice. Check every figure and form against your own situation before relying on it, and have policy, agreement, medical or financial documents reviewed by an appropriate professional where needed.

5. Files provided as is

Products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for checking that a product suits your needs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, GracePath Ventures’ total liability related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. GracePath Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Ending the license

This license ends automatically if it is breached. You must then stop using the files and delete your copies, except completed records you are legally required to keep.

8. Refunds & exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are covered by our Shop Policies. The rules of the platform where you bought the product, and your statutory consumer rights, also apply.

9. Governing law & contact
