His professional background spans financial services and healthcare technology environments, where he has supported complex enterprise systems and collaborated with engineering teams, application owners, infrastructure specialists, and security stakeholders.
His technical expertise includes Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Azure, high availability, disaster recovery, database performance tuning, privileged-access management, and infrastructure automation.
Throughout his career, Elvis has contributed to improving system reliability, strengthening database access controls, modernizing technology environments, resolving performance challenges, and streamlining critical operational processes.
Beyond his technical expertise, he brings an educational background in Business Informatics, along with studies in applied macroeconomics and marketing.
