Privacy Policy
Effective: October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GracePath Ventures ("GracePath", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit gracepathventures.com, send us an inquiry, buy a digital product, or work with us on a project. GracePath Ventures is owned and operated by Elvis Linjouam Akumbom, based in Chandler, Arizona, USA.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, and, if you choose to share them, your business or organization name, phone number, preferred contact method and language, service interests, timing, budget, and the details of your project or question.
- Project information and files you send us, such as logos, photos, text, documents, catalogs and data needed for your project.
- Order information when you buy a digital product: your name, email address, the product, price, date and order status, provided to us by the store or marketplace you buy from (Payhip or Etsy).
- Payment records: what was purchased or invoiced, the amount, date and payment status. Card and bank details are entered directly with the payment provider (such as Stripe, PayPal or the marketplace) and are never received or stored by GracePath.
- Messages you send us by email, phone call, text message or a messaging app you choose to use with us.
- Technical information: our website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard server information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Our inquiry form is provided by Google Forms; when you open it, Google may use cookies and process technical information under Google's own privacy policy. Google Forms, Payhip, Etsy and payment providers process technical information under their own policies when you use them.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry using the contact method you choose, prepare quotes and deliver the services or products you request.
- To communicate about your project or order, including updates, revisions, approvals, delivery and support.
- To send invoices or payment links, confirm payments, handle refunds and disputes, and keep business, accounting and tax records.
- To protect our business and our customers, for example against fraud or misuse.
- To send occasional news and offers by email ONLY if you ticked the optional marketing box (or otherwise asked to receive them). You can unsubscribe at any time. Submitting an inquiry or buying a product does not sign you up for marketing.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
3. How information is shared
We share information only as needed to run our business and deliver what you asked for:
- Service providers that host our website, email, forms and files: Netlify (website hosting, and the private onboarding forms we send to clients) and Google Workspace (email, Google Forms, Sheets and Drive).
- Stores, marketplaces and payment providers: Payhip, Etsy, Stripe and PayPal, which process orders and payments under their own privacy policies.
- A trusted contractor helping on your project, who receives only the information needed for that work.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Your files and project content
Files you send us are stored in private, access-controlled business storage (Google Drive) and are used only for your project. Final files are shared with you through a private link or the delivery method agreed with you.
5. How long we keep information
- Inquiries that do not lead to a project: kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up, and reviewed periodically for deletion.
- Client, order and payment records: as long as needed to provide support and to meet tax and accounting obligations (generally several years).
- Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including access-controlled business accounts, two-step verification where we have enabled it, and private storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send card numbers, online-banking logins, passwords or PINs through our forms, email or messages.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving non-essential messages, by emailing hello@gracepathventures.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
8. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party services
Our website links to services such as Google Forms, Payhip, Etsy, Stripe and PayPal. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed; important changes will be noted on this page.
