Needs attention
New inquiry
This form works. Submitting it adds a lead to this page's memory, runs it through the same data checks, and puts it in the customer tracker with a follow-up due the next day.
What happens next
- The inquiry becomes a customer record with status New and the next free customer ID.
- It is checked like every other record (email and phone format, possible duplicates of existing customers).
- A follow-up is set for the day after the report date, so it shows as overdue if nobody calls.
- Change its status in the customer tracker as it moves to Quoted, Booked, Completed or Lost.
Latest inquiries
In a client build this form sits on the business's own website and feeds the same tracker. Here it stays in this browser tab only.

Import-ready cleanup
Clean files keep every record that passed, with phones, emails, dates and statuses put into one standard format. Records with errors are held back and possible duplicates are removed; the fix report lists every decision with its line number and how to fix it at the source.
Standardised values
Exceptions to review
Errors are held back from every total until fixed. Warnings are included but flagged. Line numbers match the source file.

Automation rules Preview
The queue on the left is built live from the data. Automatic sending is not active in this demonstration: nothing is emailed or texted. In a client build these rules run on a schedule.

A jobs file alone is enough to see profitability. Each file is recognised by its column names (for example Work Order, Service Date, Team, Job Type, Amount, Hours, Supplies). Your files replace the sample and stay in this browser; nothing is uploaded.

GracePath Ventures sets up the same connected system with your services, crews, spreadsheets and report format: intake, jobs, invoices, data cleanup, profitability and reporting. Quoted per project.
Desert Bloom Home Services, its crews, customers, jobs and amounts are fictional and were generated for this demonstration. They do not represent any real business or person. Profit figures are job-level (labor and materials) and are not accounting or tax advice.
